Sizzling Europe

The “Air Fair of the Ural” is a festivity of air balloons in Russia usually held in Kungur. The festivity is indeed a very vibrant and fun to experience.

There are around thirty balloon crews from the various place of Russia who participate in such event. Kungur is always free from aircrafts that is why the balloonists enjoy the freedom of movement. The crews have their own landing party, jumping with parachutes, a sniper and navigator. The participants of the festival can also carry out an unprecedented hot-air-balloon flight just over the border of Europe and Asia.

This festival is very pleasing especially to the children. You will see here the gas-jet of the aerostat that spits out a blast of fire with a unique dragon-like sound then the colorful cupola is graciously lifted up into the air. When you are riding on it, you would feel the caress of the air and the sky and fleeting clouds looks like a new world to step on.
