Erding is the capital of the District Erding and is a little town in Bavaria, Germany. The size of the municipality does not affect the town to have an international feel to anyone who visits in it.
It is situated 45 kilometers northeast of central Munich and is about a 40-minute drive by car. The local crops found in Erding include corn which is fed to animals, wheat, sunflowers, carrots, cabbages, strawberries, kohlrabi, turnips and sugar beet. They also have farm animals such as pigs, chickens and cows. People in the little town also practice fish farming for extra income.
The town has the Therme Erding which is the largest thermal spa in the town. Foreigners and visitors could also spend a day in Farmers Market where they can shop for a wide array of excellent quality local products. Small children and kids could also enjoy in Stadtpark where they will see goats, peacocks, hamsters, rabbits, deer and birds. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants in the town.
