An elegant and stylish suburb of Athens, Glyfada is located on the southern part of Ellinikon and southeast of Athens.

Glyfada

Glyfada is the largest city in the Southern suburbs of Athens. It is well-known for its golfcourse, stylish cafes, restaurants, shops, and summer clubs. Its shopping district can be found in the Posidonos Avenue, Pandora, Cyprus, Labraki and Metaksa. Some of the major business offices and shopping parks are located in the Avenues Voyliagmenia, Goynari, and Gennimata. Glyfada Marina is also found in thecity. It has a very remarkable marine space and coastal land area.

Glyfada is connected to central Athens and is accessible to tourists and visitors. It is also connected to a tram line that leads across the seaside which is next to Posidonoa Avenue. The residents of the city are very famous and some of them are mythical billionaire and some of the Greek politicians were born in the city.
