A city surrounded by Heilbronn County, Heilbronn is found in northern Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. The city serves as the major economic center of the Heilbronn-Franken region.
The city is also famous for its wine industry. It is situated in the northern corner of the Neckar basin at the bottom of the Wartberg. Its surroundings are located in the northern part of the bigger Stuttgart metropolitan area.
