Sizzling Europe

A port city found in south-eastern Ukraine, Mariupol is located on the coast of Azov Sea at the very mouth of the Kalmius River. Come and let’s take a look in this marvelous city of Ukraine!

The city is a very important industrial center and Eastern European seaport and it has two significant mills which are the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works and the Azovstal. These steel mills are important part of the country’s total export. Among the most visited parks in the city are City Square, Extreme Park, Gurov’s Meadow-park, City Garden, Veselka Park, Azovstal Park, Petrovsky Park, and the beautiful Primorsky Park.

The people who inhabit in the city are the Ukrainians, Russians, Greeks, Byelorussians, Armenians, and Jews. There are currently 56 industrial enterprises of different patterns of ownership. There are also shipyards, fish canneries, metallurgy-related education and also science institutions found in Mariupol. You can also visit the splendid palaces of culture, showrooms and museums, and sandy beaches in the blessed city.
