It is situated just one mile out of Castleisland Town in the country. The cave is simple made up of limestone. It has a very colorful and wonderful stalagmites and stalactites. Crag Cave is discovered in the year 1983 and it is a very magnificent show cave with four kilometers of surveyed caves where 350 meters of it is open to the public. The cave is decorated with calcite forms which are lit and add beauty to the formation.

You can find a restaurant, souvenir shop, free car and coach park in Crag Cave. The cave is open for visitation daily from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening. In the months July to August, the cave will be open from 10 in the morning up to 6:30 in the evening.
