The Italian menu is made up usually of antipasto or the hot or cold appetizers, primo which is composed of a hot dish, secondo which is the main dish, contorno that is consists of a salad or yummy vegetables, the dessert or dolce, caffe or coffee, and digestive which is often in form of liquors and is sometimes called as ammazzacaffe.
